Returns & Exchanges

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any request made after the 14-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • It must be in its original condition.

  • All original product tags and labels must be attached securely.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Campaigns are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, SWAYED will cover the return shipping charges and arrange for a replacement.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

  • Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Refund Method: Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (as agreed upon with the customer) within 5–7 business days after inspection.
